The views from the hotel were incredible, with breathtaking views of the lake and the Andes. The spa and gym were great and the outdoor pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The shuttle service offered hourly pick-ups and drop-offs to the town, so it was easy to experience all the must-see attractions.
The hotel lacked atmosphere and felt tired. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable about the area and gave us incorrect information.

Warmness of the hospitality of the staff. Regular bus shuttle to the town was great as was the restaurant at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located on a hilltop with a splendid view of the lake. it's not advisable to walk to downtown as there are no sidewalks along the busy highway. Rather, guests can use the free hourly shuttle provided or take a cab. the rooms and bathrooms are tidy, and the staff is helpful. Breakfast has a good variety.
The hotel lacks good soundproofing between the rooms.

Staff were very helpful, available at all time, and very friendly! Room was very clean and comfortable with a nice view.
A bit outside of the village but the view was worth it.

Best location with stunning views of the lake and river. Spacious and comfortable rooms with good amenities. the restaurant provided great meals and the packed lunches were convenient.
Worst spa experience, saunas were not working properly and the pools needed maintenance. the shuttles available for town were not frequent enough, making it difficult to explore the area.

The hotel has a beautiful view, overlooking the lake and the mountains.
Some rooms seems to be noisy. The carpent are ready for replacement in the rooms.

The staff was extremely helpful and the restaurant was excellent.
The hours of the gym/pool were too short. The jacuzzi was more of a swimming pool than a hot tub.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The location, situated on a hill with a breathtaking view of the city below, was absolutely stunning. It provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere that was just what I needed to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed with the room service, as well as the car hire and dry cleaning services that were available. The room itself was top-notch, with modern amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. I felt like I was truly being taken care of from the moment I arrived.
In terms of recommendations, I would definitely suggest this hotel to my friends. It has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

We loved this hotel's location high on a windswept hill with stunning lake views. The free hourly shuttle to the town center made it easy for us to explore this city. The hotel facilities, including the spa, pool, and gym, were fantastic. In addition, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Hard to think of anything.

Very helpful, efficient and charming staff; Only used the dining room for breakfast but we did enjoy the room layout and the breakfast was excellent
A little far out of town but the good bus schedule helped a lot

Our stay here was fabulous! It was my partners birthday and I asked for a few special requests, the staff went out of their way to make our stay special from the room to dinner that night. We really felt like we were spoilt there and I would recommed the hotel to anyone and maybe one day we can return!
